Farley Family

Several months ago I came across a blog of a young family here in middle TN who was about to give birth to a daughter that had Trisomy 18. Eight days after she was born she passed away. Through her blog, her mom has been so open and real about the journey that God has brought her through, heartbreakingly real.

Today she posted a video made about Copeland, her daughter with Trisomy 18, and their journey. It's an amazing video, you should watch it but make sure you bring the tissues.
